The breakfast was downright amazing, y’all! I reckon I could’ve eaten my weight in those biscuits. The reception staff went above and beyond when I lost my phone, bless their hearts. They called the cab company and got it back for me. Just a real warm experience all around!

Check-in was incredibly frustrating due to uncooperative staff. The bathroom had a horrible odor, making it unbearable to use.

I almost thought I’d leave a good review, but then I experienced the truly dark, dreary room and the outrageously rude staff. The bed was far too hard, and when I requested a complimentary upgrade, I was met with blank stares. it’s like they expect people to suffer in silence. Unbelievable.

The breakfast was really great! 🤤 Our room was comfy, but the heating was too warm at times. Overall a lovely stay, though!

The WiFi was weak, but the second room was super spacious and comfortable.

I loved the spacious atmosphere of my Double Room with Double Bed, Non-Smoking that offered a cozy bay window to relax by. The breakfast was a standout, featuring a rich selection of Bulgarian-style options alongside delicious international dishes. Plus, the staff went above and beyond by providing quick room service and valuable local recommendations that enhanced my experience.

A fair review – pros and cons

Location was fabulous, just steps from Vitosha Boulevard! and staff was genuinely friendly, always smiling and ready to assist!

Breakfast lacked variety and freshness. room carpets needed cleaning. Too many inconveniences for a comfortable stay!

This place suits me perfectly, offering great amenities like Wi-Fi, luggage storage, and 24-hour reception. I remember how the staff helped with my elderly parents during my first stay. I’m coming back for a weekend!

It was just a good match for a short stay in Sofia with a great value-to-price ratio. The staff was nice and solved our fridge problem quickly. Try to check-in early, or you might have to wait a bit.

the art plaza is perfectly located just steps from the vibrant vitosha street, which has all the action. the receptionist was friendly and spoke great english, which made my stay even better. my parents loved the rich breakfast options too.

It was just a suitable option for a little getaway in Sofia with good value considering price it charged. The staff fixed the safety box promptly after it had issues during my stay. Try asking for a room on a lower floor if you would like better Wi-Fi access.
